The WEM Group
The WEM Group
WEM,Inc., was founded by personal talent manager, Addison Witt in 2006. The first phase of the talent management company was simply called Witt Management, formed in 2000 at the urging of former talent agent, and owner of Identity Talent Agency, Erik DeSando. With only a handful of actors, Addison Witt set up a 4-phase generation of 10 child actor clients. In each phase, actors were placed with talent agents allowing them to grow into TV and film roles as novices.

The first phase included breakout actress, Leah Pipes, cast as Sarah in the ABC series, "Lost at Home," starring Emmy nomination actress, Connie Britton, and the late, Gregory Hines. Leah Pipes has worked in a new TV series each year starting out with Addison Witt at 12 years old.

Phase two introduced breakout actress, Nikki SooHoo. Nikki SooHoo obtained 4 pilot TV shows, grew up in front of the camera, and is recognized for two films, "Stick It," and "The Lovely Bones."

Phase three introduced Disney TV star, Sierra McCormick. Sierra's agent wanted to turn down the role on "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" However Addison Witt insisted that Sierra would shine in that position. The national exposure set Sierra McCormick up for everything that came after. Sierra McCormick stars on Disney's "Ant Farm."

Phase Four introduced "Breaking Bad," star, Rj Mitte. RJ travels the Country making a difference in the lives of countless people, speaking out on diversity and disability rights. His first feature, "House of Last Things," will be released in 2012. RJ is also an executive producer for the Tara Calico Story; and a keynote speaker for numerous organizations and events.

These phases were established to accommodate the Company's overall objective, which is to develop actors at the highest level, and partner with those actors to produce television and film opportunities.

WEM,Inc. has produced, and manage the careers of many more actors who make a living in TV and film. Max Williams, star of IFC's "Bullet in the Face," Wesam Keesh, recurring actor on MTV's "Awkward." And Madison Moellers, TV guest star, blogger, and advocate for several charities; Stand Up2 Cancer, and End Malaria Now.

In 2012, Addison Witt introduces his newest star, Jolee Blon.
