WEM STUDIO

For more than 10 years WEM, inc., was a premiere management company for child and teenage actors in Hollywood. As a way to remain fresh and current, the Company creator has gone back to the beginning, only personally representing a small group of working actors in television and film.  Distinguished as one of the first entertainment managers to use the internet and establish a virtual office, Addison Witt has achieved what few have been able to accomplish.

When the Company and its handful of child actors began in 2001, they worked mostly in commercial advertising and with young independent filmmakers . In 2009 clients of WEM, inc., are at any given time seen in more than 100 TV series and films televised throughout the World.

The actors represented by Addison Witt have reached a global status, shooting films, interviewing, and promoting projects in New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, Canada, Sweden, Germany, France, England, and Austraila.

The attention to equality and diversity is evident in the cross section of people that make up WEM, inc. No one has been left behind, and everyone has been given equal opportunity to succeed.

Beyond Diversity - The future is now

Beyond Diversity – the future is now; a hot topic conversation has touched a Hollywood nerve. Diversity is one of the most talked about issues across the Nation. How to make diversity work well will be one of the Country’s most important achievements. In this group, assembled by talent manager and producer, Addison Witt, the diversity conversation is initiated by kids and teenagers.

By addressing the impact of their own screen images, these young actors have learned to identify bigger social issues, and understand that their work will personally affect the way we interact in the future. The diversity discussion in Hollywood is a matter of statistics for studios and watchdog groups. And yet America’s growing transformation is demanding equality without a need for explanation. Our desire to see people that reflect our own image, language, religion, and ways of thinking is an important realization to greater global stability.
